Dead theme toggle on daisyui pages. Only basecoat loaded /static/theme.js; the default skin now includes it, with a red-proofed regression test.
Single toggle path.data-on:click="Theme.toggle()" on the button (Datastar loads on every navbar page); theme.js keeps persistence and icons, document delegation removed (double-fire). Pinned tests inverted to the new design.
