Notes index actually goes live. The resync button is a Datastar @get but the page never loaded the runtime — PB events clicked a dead button. Runtime added, pinned by a render test.
Dead Datastar attributes on the whiteboard toolbar.data-on / data-bind with no runtime on the page (vanilla already owned both); data-tool stays as the honest hook. features.md now records the Datastar-vs-vanilla split rule so the next surface picks correctly.
