Peer carets that track: colored text-carets with name flags and tooltips. Peers report {line, pos}; each browser maps offsets to its own pixels via mirror-div, and local ops transform peer offsets so dots follow typing instead of freezing. Recipe-conformance test pins the mirror property list.
Shared leading + trailing throttle (web/resources/static/throttle.js, ~2 KB) for caret/cursor reports — delayed, never dropped; the whiteboard posted presence per pointermove before.
Client-weight table + landing section. Measured vendored JS per feature (0–48 KB raw) and the backend-as-source-of-truth rule, now stated in docs, thesis, README, and site.
