Advise scope native-kernel renamed exception-to-go. The old name described a workload noun that doesn't always fit (OS integration is no kernel); the new name states the policy relation (the exception to Go-first), covering kernel, codec, and OS integration uniformly. No behavior change — same trigger, same gate, same shape.
Fixed
advise no longer names foreign stacks — allowlist-only scopes. A Go serialization need (native serialization fast path behind a C ABI, with a pure-Go fallback) was answered scope=patterns/stack=Node.js because the generic word fast prefix-matched a web-framework signal. The ecosystem detector is deleted: a need that matches nothing gets the full map instead of a guessed label (scaffold first-run withheld until something matches), Zig is answered as the documented native exception (scope=native-kernel: gate + skill pointer), and the stdlib-only rules no longer assume Go.
Changed
docs/native-zig.md no longer cites token counts from the retired mini-redis-comparison experiment, and no longer references any external experiment. That experiment (a RESP/TCP server built in several languages) has been retired and its contents removed: every arm passed it in every phase, so it had stopped discriminating, and its numbers were never independently reproduced (N=1, one model). The v0.36.4 entry below cites them and stays as written history; the policy page now argues from the reasoning instead (discovery cost at the moment of the bottleneck, named default) and justifies Zig from properties verifiable in this repo.
