Fixed

• Offline delete now works in all skins (CAL-16). Three issues prevented the delete button from working offline:
• Basecoat skin — the delete button only set $confirmingDeleteId/$confirmingDeleteTitle signals but never called showModal(), so the confirmation dialog never appeared.
• Morpheus skin — same: relied solely on data-neo-dialog-trigger (web component) instead of explicitly calling the dialog open API, with no fallback.
• Service Worker — the "Clear completed" URL (/api/todos/completed/delete) was incorrectly matched by the generic delete regex, which treated "completed" as a todo ID and returned a no-op fragment. Added explicit check + optimisticClearCompletedFragment() that removes all rows and shows the empty state.

All four CRUD operations (create, toggle, delete, clear-completed) now have optimistic offline handling via the Service Worker.
