UI Skin Plugin — pluggable skin system with runtime selector. Three skins available: DaisyUI (core default), BasecoatUI (shadcn), Morpheus (web components). Switch via UI_SKIN env var, ?skin= query param, or the dropdown in the navbar.
web/skins/ — skin registry, dispatcher, and selector component
